Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This website, wotnatural.com, is operated by Wot Natural. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wot Natural. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept these terms, conditions, policies and notices.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you use our “Service” and agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referred to here or linked from here. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including people who browse, customers and people who contribute content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. By using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website or the Service.

Our products are sold to consumers for personal, domestic use. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For advice about your legal rights, contact Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards office.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

You must not use our products or the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any laws that apply to you (including copyright law) when using the Service. You must not send any worms, viruses or other harmful code.

If you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, we may suspend or end your access to the Service.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse the Service to anyone where we have a reasonable reason to do so, for example suspected fraud or misuse of the site.

Your content (not including payment card information) may be sent over various networks and adapted to the technical requirements of connected networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit and is handled by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any content on the website without our written permission.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect the Terms.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or current. General content on the site (for example, articles and guides) is for information only and is not professional or medical advice. This does not affect our responsibility for the accuracy of product descriptions, which form part of your contract with us when you buy.

This site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference only. We may change the content of this site at any time.

SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products may change from time to time. Price changes will not affect any order we have already accepted. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. The total price, including any delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part or content of it) at any time.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order, and the contract between us, starts when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund any payment in full.

Some products may be available only online and may be in limited supply. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy, which does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly within that period, for example by emailing support@wotnatural.com. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them). You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. Under the law, this right does not apply to sealed health, hygiene or cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery. We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has gone down because you handled them more than was needed to check them.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will show colours accurately, and the packaging of your product may differ slightly from the images.

We may limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, limit the quantities of any product we offer, and discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for a product on this site is void where prohibited.

Faulty products: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the products we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have the following rights:

  • Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, you can get an immediate refund.
  • Up to six months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced, you’re entitled to a full refund in most cases.
  • Up to six years: if your goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.

If your goods are faulty, please contact us at support@wotnatural.com. We will cover the reasonable cost of returning faulty goods.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit the quantities bought per person, per household or per order. This may include orders placed using the same customer account, the same payment card, or the same billing or delivery address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to let you know using the email address, billing address or phone number you gave us, and we will refund any payment you have made for the cancelled items. We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to keep your account and other information up to date, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your orders and contact you when needed.

For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may give you access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control.

These tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not endorse them. You use them at your own discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with, and happy with, the terms on which the relevant third-party providers offer them.

We may also offer new services or features through the website in the future. These Terms will apply to them too.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Some content, products and services available through our Service may include material from third parties.

Links on this site may take you to third-party websites that are not connected with us. We do not check or evaluate their content or accuracy, and we are not responsible for third-party websites, materials, products or services.

Please read a third party’s policies carefully and make sure you understand them before you buy anything from them. Complaints, claims or questions about third-party products should be directed to the third party.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

You may send us reviews, ideas, suggestions or other material, whether we asked for it (for example, a competition entry) or not, and whether online, by email, by post or otherwise (together, “comments”). If you do, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use those comments in any medium. We are not obliged to keep comments confidential, to pay for them or to respond to them.

We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove content that we reasonably decide is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or these Terms.

You agree that your comments will not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trade mark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You also agree that your comments will not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or any computer virus or other malware that could affect the Service or any related website. You must not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us or others about where comments come from. You are responsible for your comments and their accuracy.

SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information you submit through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Information on our site may sometimes contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, for example in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges, delivery times and availability. We may correct any such errors and update information at any time.

If we find a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before we dispatch it. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. If the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any money you have paid.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to the other restrictions in these Terms, you must not use the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to encourage others to carry out or take part in any unlawful act; (c) to break any international or UK law, regulation or rule; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else’s; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate against anyone on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, race, age, nationality, ethnic origin or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or send viruses or any other malicious code that could affect the Service, any related website, other websites or the internet; (h) to collect or track other people’s personal information; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or get around the security features of the Service, any related website, other websites or the internet. We may end your use of the Service or any related website if you engage in any of these prohibited uses.

SECTION 13 – OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw the website for business or operational reasons.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen, or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We supply products for domestic and private use only. If you use the products for any commercial, business or resale purpose, we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products (including the right to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality), for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

SECTION 14 – YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for using the site and our products in line with these Terms and any instructions supplied with the products. If you break these Terms, we may take reasonable steps to protect our rights, as far as the law allows.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If a court or other relevant authority decides that any part of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will still apply as far as the law allows, and any unenforceable part will be treated as removed from these Terms. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

Any obligations and liabilities that arose before termination will survive the termination of this agreement.

These Terms remain in effect until either you or we end them. You can end them at any time by telling us that you no longer wish to use our Service, or by stopping using our site.

If you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, we may end this agreement and refuse you access to our Service (or any part of it). You will still be liable for any amounts due up to the date of termination. This does not affect any orders already accepted or your legal rights in relation to them.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we do not enforce any right or provision of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later, and our delay does not mean we have given up that right.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on this site about the Service, make up the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Service. They replace any earlier agreements, communications or proposals, whether spoken or written, including earlier versions of these Terms. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you with Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can read the latest version of these Terms on this page at any time.

We may update or change these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, best practice or how we run our business. The Terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it. If you keep using the site after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.

SECTION 20 – CONTACT INFORMATION

Questions about these Terms of Service should be sent to support@wotnatural.com.
